Updating a user's role

All users need to have (at least) one role associated with their profile. If you want more info about why roles are helpful, head here.

If a role needs to be updated:

  1. Click 'Admin'

  2. Select 'Users' from the dropdown

  3. Click on the 'Roles' tab under 'Users and Roles' in the upper left side of the app

  4. Find the role you want to update and click on it to edit

This will open a page with a few columns containing all the permissions associated with a role. It'll look something like this (but likely with different boxes checked):

From there:

  1. Check/uncheck the box(es) next to the permissions you want associated with the role

  2. Click the 'Save' button at the bottom of the screen
