There are two ways you can print medical records from a patient:
Their entire medical history
An individual SOAP
Printing a Patient's Entire Medical Record
To print a patient's entire medical record:
Open the patient dashboard
select the 'Print' button in the 'Patient History' section—this will download the patient's record
Open the downloaded medical record
Print the record
Printing an individual SOAP
To print a patient's SOAP:
Open the SOAP
select the three dots on the 'SOAP Summary' section
Select 'Export SOAP'—this will download the SOAP
Open the downloaded SOAP
