The SOAP Charges Section

Getting to the SOAP Charges Section
To navigate to the ‘Charges’ section:
Open a SOAP (from the patient dashboard or your clinic's dashboard)
Click the invoice icon on the right side of the SOAP bar
SOAP Charges Overview
The SOAP Charges section is where you’re able to see all charges for a visit broken down by category. These are determined by their settings in ‘Products’ in your clinic’s Admin settings.
Because SOAPs are associated with patients and invoices are associated with clients, this section acts as the bridge between the patient’s SOAP and the invoice. All charges from the associated SOAP will be present on the patient’s record and recorded in a corresponding invoice, as well.
Aside from being able to see the charges from the SOAP, you'll also be able to:
Navigate to the associated invoice: click the 'View Invoice' button
View other open invoices associated with the client: click the Change Invoice dropdown —> Select the invoice number —> click the 'View Invoice' button
Add the charges to a new invoice: click the Change Invoice dropdown —> Select "New Invoice" —> click the 'View Invoice' button
